The differences between Swiss watches and Asia watches are in the movement and workmanship . While the Asia watches are internationally renowned , the Swiss are well known as their higher class , which are much more stable in the movement and the workmanship is to perfection .
How long will your watches last?
This is kind of like asking how long a car will last. It all depends on how you use it. If you put wear and tear on it regularly by driving and using it frequently and in rugged situations, or in this case wear the watch the same way, it would not last as long as if, say, you used it at times that you could treat it with care. If so, our watches will last a very long time.
How do I set the GMT&local time?
GMT means Dual Time Zone and it usually use a 24-hour clock instead of a 12-hour clock we normally use. GMT can be set with two time zones. A local minute-hour hand time and a GMT (sometimes red) arrow second time zone.
To adjust time, please follow the instructions below:
1. Unwind the crown anti-clockwise softly and slowly until it loosen up. There are two steps of pulling out the button stem. Do not exert too much force here and please make sure you do it lightly and carefully.
2. STEP ONE is for setting the GMT second time zone. STEP TWO is for setting the local time. Pull one-step out is to set GMT and date by winding the button clockwise and anticlockwise respectively. Pull one more step is for setting local time. Pushing the crown inward one step will bring it back to GMT setting. Pushing it two steps will bring it back to normal position and you can wind it back clockwise while pushing it back softly to secure the crown onto the watchcase.
3. Set local time FIRST and then GMT SECOND time zone. When you set local time, GMT time will also be changed at the same time
Are the watches water-resistant?
Yes, Some of our watches are A6:Water-Resistant but however we would recommend you to keep your watches away from water.

How long does it take the watch to arrive from the time I order?
In stock items are available for immediate shipment and will generally arrive in 4 - 7 business days.
Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?

Why the watches I ordered was not produced?
Well ,because some of our watches are so quickly eliminated that we need to renew them everyday.We will infrom you immediately if the products you want is out of stock.We will try our best to give you the exact one you want in case of that you get the similar pattern,such as the same dial but different color,something like this.
How do I get a return/exchangement?
We offer a 14 day exchange policy.
- Watches may be exchanged if you get the watches that are totally different with what was ordered.
- Watches has quality problem and cannot be repaired (although our watches have high quality).
If you met the above problem, please follow:
- Send us an email about the problem as you received the watches within 14 days as you received. We will reply you in 24 hours.
- Make sure that the products in its original condition. That means the product hasn't been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged and so on.
- Pay for the price difference if you exchange another one (if there is any).
- In addition, we will pay for the exchange shipping fee if it's our fault.
Note: We will make sure to compensate any possible defect of the watches, in case it is the manufacturer's fault. However, if the timepiece has been damaged intentionally or accidentally during delivering or wearing, this kind of damage will not be covered.

- Please send us an email within 14 days as you received about your reason before you send back the goods. We will process it in 24 hours, so that we can avoid unnecessary costs on both sides.
- The goods must be in its original presentation box. That means the product hasn't been sized, worn, plastic removed, damaged and so on. We can not accept a return if it is not in the EXACT same condition as we shipped to you.
- We'll refund you the amount you paid for the item without shipping fee.
- All returns are at the customers' own cost. We recommend that you insure the package, if you choose not to insure it ,you will be liable for lost or damaged product.
Note: 14 days policy-- the item is returned within 14 days of purchase (from the day the goods is signed for /received).
